Welcome to Our Salon
At Pampered Paws we provide a warm friendly welcome for both you and your dog at our purpose-built salon.
The salon was constructed in 2022 and is fully equipped with the very best quality grooming tables, baths and grooming equipment. It is fully decorated to create a warm welcoming atmosphere for your dogs to feel relaxed and at home. We proudly opened our doors in February 2023. We love our job and enjoy interacting with our furry clients and making them feel loved, cared for and fully pampered.
Although our salon is brand new, our groomers are fully qualified with years of experience. We pride ourselves on catering for all breeds, sizes, ages and temperaments. We will build up trust at your dogs pace and accommodate your dogs needs. Your dogs well being is paramount to us at all times.
We also have experience in breed standard grooms as well as pet grooms to the owners choice.
For nervous and timid dogs we can book private appointments with no other dogs present. Please feel free to discuss this with us.
What We do
Full Groom
Before a first full groom with a new customer, we will have a consult with the owner and carry out a health check on the dog and assess the coat type and condition and discuss the best and most appropriate options for the groom, taking into consideration the dogs needs, the breed, coat, condition of the coat and owners wishes and expectations.
To begin the pamper session we bath your dog in our luxury aloe vera doggy shampoo that is kind on the skin. For dogs with extra sensitive skin or allergies we also offer hypoallergenic shampoo. After fully rinsing and towel drying, we blow dry, condition and then fluff dry the coat. Fluff drying allows us to separate the coat and brush out all the knots and tangles in your dogs coat. It also fluffs out the coat giving a cute teddy bear appearance.
We can then start styling the coat. This can be done in various ways that would have been decided during the consult. They include:
- De-shedding
- Clipping
- Hand stripping
- Hand scissoring
Once your dog is fully styled, to complete the pamper, we will clip the nails and give them a spritz of our scented doggy perfume.
Wash & Go

Teeth Cleaning
To keep your dogs teeth and gums healthy and in top condition and breath smelling fresh, we recommend regular teeth cleaning.
At Pampered Paws we use an ultrasonic toothbrush that penetrates the plaque with our professional doggy toothpaste.

Took my 6 month old golden retriever in for a puppy groom today and he's now so soft and smells amazing, and even came home wih a very cute bandana.
